For over 15 years, I worked as a professional storyteller, guiding writers to own and embrace the most vulnerable parts of their stories. What I discovered along the way is that storytelling isn’t just an art—it’s a powerful tool for healing. That same passion now shapes my work as a psychotherapist.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Ottawa and am completing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. My approach to healing is grounded in deep curiosity, compassion, and the belief that our stories—no matter how painful or complex—deserve to be heard, held, and honored.
I see the healing process as a collaborative space. I’m not above you or ahead of you—I’m walking this road beside you, as a fellow traveler and a wounded healer.
As Ram Dass so beautifully wrote, “We’re all just walking each other home.”
